    Pretty good service, always end buying more than you went there for due to their commissions. Unfortunately got home and parts were missing/ wrong parts included in my new PC, called up and service was no good.

    Had to give them a one because it wouldn’t let me mark them as zero. Worst service I have ever experienced . I will never use Harvey Norman ever again. IT department suck

    Purchased a Jura coffee machine from Annette in the Darwin store in April. She was absolutely fantastic, genuine and honest. She didn't try the upsell and recommended athe right product based on our neefs. We had a warranty issue s few months later and Annette was only too happy to help resolve it quickly.
