Terrible. These people are repair agents for Maytag. We have had continuing breakdowns of our washing machine, and the repair history by Lightning Electrical is woeful. We are on our third repair, this time waiting eight weeks for Lightning to do something. Maytag say they have sent the parts long ago, and Lightning come up with continual excuses for not attending to it. They picked up the machine after much prompting, and have done nothing to explain what is happening with what Maytag claim is a half-hour job. How do normal households cope without a washing machine for two months - still with no end in sight? I do not understand how they remain in business.
