  Definitely don't use this place if you require a level of trust in them looking after someone you love. It takes a lot for me to complain. My experience is the opposite to the reviews that lead me to choose this place over all the others.

  I booked and paid for a $400 package for my 18 year old daughter who had just moved to Darwin and was very stressed. She had never been to a day spa and really needed compassion and guidance. This is definitely not the place for such a requirement. I would highly recommend NOT paying in advance and would also NOT recommend buying a package. My daughter was rushed through each component of the package and felt very much like she was a burden on them. The massage was more like gentle stroking even though she asked for it to be more like a massage (she found it frustrating rather than relaxing). She had her nails done last and was then strongly encouraged to leave (therapist wanted to help her put her shoes on to get her to leave rather than sit and let her nails dry first). She was not given access to drying equipment and the polish was a much lower standard than what she has had done previously, and yet more expensive. I was so shocked and disappointed with her experience that I rang the facility (I live in another state - which they knew at the time of booking and paying) to ask them about her experience. The owner was shocked and disappointed and had the manager call me. The manager spent over half an hour telling me how qualified her staff were and all the high end places they had worked which really didn't help explain why they gave my daughter such poor service. I was supposed to hear from the owner again but that didn't happen.

  One of the most professional, upmarket Day Spa's you could want to visit. The quality of services offered, the level of customer service given by the staff is the best I have had the pleasure to experience. Recently I had a cosmetic procedure done by Katy, now when I look in the mirror I feel like a beautiful person again, I now like to look at my reflection, I am receiving compliments from people I do not know. Katy Sullivan is one of the most inspirational, compassionate , knowledgeable and professional women I have ever had the pleasure to meet. If you want to feel special just for you, then make the time to visit Spa Lotus, you will not regret it. Thank you Katy from the bottom of my heart xx

  I was fortunate enough to be treated to a 2.5hr treatment with my mother. It was absolutely a heavenly experience. The premises are luxurious and sparkling clean. The management and staff were all so lovely, attentive, amazing professionals. Nothing was too much trouble. The double room is well worth booking. Our treatments were wonderful and caring from start to finish. Everything we hoped for and more (and i am fussy!)
