  6 months ago , Terrible sale brought a 29k bike , seller had no knowledge of the bike , never got back to me when I inquired about it , not helpful felt like I was just a piece of garbage that should just hand over my money and bugger off , they didn't offer me an extended warranty for another 3 years which would have made it 5 all up so now I have no cover after 2 years very poor sales woman I wanted to deal with another salesman but not allowed I found the person I dealt with fake and didn't try to have anything in common with me , all of her information was unspecific and wrong , if I had not done my research on the bike for 6 month , I may have walked out with a Mickey Mouse clubhouse tricycle not knowing weather it came from Arthur or Martha , mechanics are good but very pricey .they are only as strong as there weakest link , which makes them leaving you a sick feeling in your gut , but seeing there's no other shops around you'll have to go there , I would suggest flying to Brisbane , you will feel better , I live in the nt and will be going back there for services because .... I have to for warranty purposes , I suggest to the owner to employ someone with a common interest in motorbikes and thrive on having the knowledge and drive to assist the customer ,happy to talk with the owner over him shouting me an expensive dinner then I shall revoke this message knowing that something is being done

  Just another big dealer. Not very customer focused. Over priced parts and bikes with no negotiation is very off putting. Having HD there is the final straw with the type of customers that brand brings. Sorry but it stands out like dogs balls. Not bad coffee though.

  Poor customer service - refuse to exchange or refund the cost of a child's helmet. $200 down the drain. Take the trip to Katherine people - better service, better prices and much more attentive staff - who agreed to exchange if my purchase didn't fit. I live out of town, so I'm better off taking the trip to Katherine than dealing with this lot.
